As the most important part of college English education, spoken English teaching has received more and more attention and favor. This thesis focuses on the optimization of oral English teaching in colleges and universities, and on the basis of summarizing and analyzing the existing problems of oral English teaching in colleges and universities, analyzes the corresponding improvement strategies.
