在分析Ce3+ 激发态能级与导带之间杂化相互作用的基础上, 讨论了电场强度与场致电离之间的关系。实验测得的SrS∶Ce TFEL发光波形表明, 在正弦电压驱动下的半周期内, 一种样品在上升沿有发光, 而另一种样品在上升和下降沿有两个发光峰。这种不同的产生与样品中硫空位对SrS∶Ce 激发和发射过程的影响有关。上升沿的发光主要是由直接碰撞激发引起的分立中心的发光, 而下降沿的发光及上升沿的部分发光属于因电离而引起的复合发光。
Based on the analysis of the hybrid interaction between the energy level of Ce3 + and the conduction band, the relationship between electric field intensity and field ionization is discussed. The experimentally measured SrS: Ce TFEL luminescence waveforms show that one sample glows at the rising edge and the other sample has two luminescence peaks at the rising and falling edges during the half-cycle driven by the sinusoidal voltage. This different production is related to the effect of sulfur vacancies in the sample on the SrS: Ce excitation and emission processes. The rising edge of the luminescence is mainly caused by the direct collision excitation of the discrete center of the light, and the falling edge of the rising and rising part of the light emission due to ionization caused by the composite light.
