随着和平利用原子能范围的日益扩大,放射生物学的研究,以及寻找有效的防治放射病的药物,已成为医学工作者日益迫切的任务。在这項任务中,探討放射病的发病机制和有效防治药物的作用本质,一直是人们注意的中心問題。要解决这些問題,应該通过多种途径。因为放射病的发生和病程发展非常复杂,从放射生物学的范围来看,不仅要了解电离輻射对于机体各系統在发病过程中病理、生理和生化等变化,而且也应密切注意受照射机体反应性的改变,只有积累多方面的資料,从中总結規律,进行深入研究,最后才能解决以上的根本問題。
