目的探讨头孢他啶治疗儿童细菌性下呼吸道感染的临床效果。方法选取60例细菌性下呼吸道感染患儿,随机分为治疗组、对照组各30例,治疗组采用头孢他啶,对照组应用舒普深,均连续治疗1周,对比两组的总有效率和不良反应发生率。结果治疗组的总有效率为93.3%,对照组为91%,组间差异不明显(P>0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率为7.1%,同对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论头孢他啶治疗儿童细菌性下呼吸道感染安全、有效,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ceftazidime on children with bacterial lower respiratory tract infection. Methods Sixty children with bacterial lower respiratory tract infection were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases each. The treatment group was treated with ceftazidime and the control group was treated with Shu Pu Shen for 1 week. The total effective rate Adverse reaction rate. Results The total effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group and 91% in the control group, with no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 7.1%, which was not significantly different from the control group (P> 0.05 ). Conclusion Ceftazidime treatment of children with bacterial lower respiratory tract infection safe and effective, it is worth to promote the application.
