目的:观察社区不同治疗方法在2型糖尿病中的应用效果。方法:选取该社区医院就诊的80例2型糖尿病患者,依据投币随机的方法,平均分成单一组和联合组,每组各40例,单一组采取瑞格列奈片进行治疗,联合组采取瑞格列奈片联合二甲双胍进行治疗,治疗3个月后,对两组患者的血糖控制情况以及胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白等进行对比。结果:两组患者的生化指标都得到显著改善,其中与治疗前对比,空腹血糖和餐后2小时血糖值都显著降低,但联合组的血糖数值下降显著优于单一组(P<0.05)。结论:联合使用瑞格列奈片与二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病可以提治疗效果,值得临床深入推广。
Objective: To observe the effect of different community treatment methods in type 2 diabetes. Methods: A total of 80 patients with type 2 diabetes who were treated in this community hospital were randomly divided into single group and combination group according to coin-operated random method. Each group consisted of 40 patients. A single group was treated with repaglinide. Repaglinide tablets combined with metformin for treatment, three months after treatment, the two groups of patients with glycemic control as well as cholesterol, low density lipoprotein, high density lipoprotein, etc. were compared. Results: The biochemical indexes of both groups were significantly improved. Compared with those before treatment, fasting blood glucose and postprandial blood glucose were significantly decreased, but the combined group had significantly lower blood glucose values than the single group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The combined use of repaglinide tablets and metformin in treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus can improve the curative effect, which deserves clinical promotion.
