何勤华:男,1955年3月生,上海市人,法学博士,博士生导师,从事法律史学教学和研究。现任华东政法大学校长,兼任全国外国法制史研究会会长,中国儒学与法律文化研究会副会长。享受国务院政府特殊津贴,入选国家百千万人才工程。曾获第二届中国十大杰出中青年法学家、全国留学回国先进个人、上海市优秀留学回国人才荣誉称号。1977年,考入北京大学法律系。1982年1月,考入华东政法学院攻读硕士研究生,于1984年12月毕业后,留本校任教,1999年出任校长之职。2009年1月3日,被聘为上海海事大学客座教授。
He Qinhua: Male, born in March 1955 in Shanghai, doctor of law, doctoral supervisor, engaged in legal history teaching and research. He is currently president of East China University of Political Science and Law, concurrently president of the history of foreign legal history research, vice president of Chinese Confucianism and Legal Culture Research Association. Enjoy the special allowance of the State Council, was selected for the national talent project. Won the second session of China’s top ten outstanding young jurists, the country returned overseas students to study advanced individuals, the honorary title of outstanding overseas students to study in Shanghai. In 1977, admitted to Peking University Law Department. January 1982, admitted to East China University of Political Science and Law master of graduate studies, in December 1984 after graduation, to stay in our school, in 1999 as president of the post. January 3, 2009, hired as Shanghai Maritime University visiting professor.
