目的:观察高分辨率CT靶扫描联合三维重建在肺小结节诊断中的应用价值。方法:抽取2019年9月至2020年11月新乡市第一人民医院收治的100例肺小结节患者作为研究对象,全部患者均接受高分辨率CT靶扫描检查及三维重建,并以手术病理结果为金标准,分析高分辨率CT靶扫描单独及联合三维重建技术诊断与金标准的一致性及对该疾病的诊断效能。结果:100例肺小结节患者,经手术病理结果证实有59例确诊为恶性,41例为良性;高分辨率CT靶扫描联合三维重建诊断肺小结节与金标准的一致性较单纯高分辨率CT靶扫描高,且联合三维重建的敏感度、准确度、特异度、阴性预测值、阳性预测值均高于高分辨率CT靶扫描单独诊断,差异有统计学意义(n P<0.05)。n 结论:高分辨率CT靶扫描联合三维重建对肺小结节诊断的准确度、灵敏度较高,且与手术病理结果一致性好,同时具有简单便捷、安全无创的优点。“,”Objective:To observe the application value of high-resolution CT target scanning combined with three-dimensional reconstruction in the diagnosis of pulmonary nodules.Methods:A total of 100 patients with pulmonary nodules treated in Xinxiang First People's Hospital from September 2019 to November 2020 were prospectively included in the study, all patients underwent high-resolution CT target scan and three-dimensional reconstruction, the results of surgical pathology were taken as the golden standard, the consistency of high-resolution CT target scan alone and combined with three-dimensional reconstruction technology with gold standard and its diagnostic efficiency were analyzed.Results:Among the 100 patients with pulmonary nodules, 59 cases were confirmed to be malignant and 41 cases were benign by the surgical pathology results; high-resolution CT target scan combined with three-dimensional reconstruction is more consistent with gold standard than high-resolution CT target scan alone, and the sensitivity, accuracy, specificity, negative predictive value and positive predictive value of combined three-dimensional reconstruction were higher than high-resolution CT target scan alone (n P<0.05).n Conclusions:High-resolution CT target scan combined with three-dimensional reconstruction has high accuracy and sensitivity in the diagnosis of pulmonary nodules, and has good consistency with surgical pathological results, at the same time, it has the advantages of simple, convenient, safe and non-invasive.
