在欧洲工业国家,建筑能耗占社会总能耗的40%。我国目前建筑能耗占社会总能耗的30%左右。随着生活水平的提高,建筑能耗有继续增长的趋势。住房和城乡建设部仇宝兴副部长在2009年绿色大会上指出,我国北方采暖城市居住面积只有全国城市居住面积的10%,而建筑能耗却占到40%。因此,北方采暖城市既有建筑节能改造对我国建筑节能有着举足轻重的影响。
In industrialized countries in Europe, building energy consumption accounts for 40% of total social energy consumption. At present, China’s building energy consumption accounts for about 30% of total social energy consumption. With the improvement of living standards, building energy consumption has continued to grow. Vice Minister Qiu Baoxing of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development pointed out at the 2009 Green Conference that the living area in northern heating cities in China is only 10% of the living area in cities across the country, while the building energy consumption accounts for 40% of the total. Therefore, the energy-saving retrofit of existing buildings in the northern heating city has a decisive influence on the building energy efficiency in our country.
