对目前生产上主栽籼型杂交水稻亲本的组织培养特性进行了系统研究,发现优质杂交籼稻丰优香占的恢复系父本R6547的组培特性与粳稻模式品种相似,其愈伤组织诱导、继代培养和分化再生水平远高于绝大多数籼稻品种。该品种愈伤组织诱导频率达95%以上,愈伤组织分化再生频率高达87%;继代4次仍有95%的愈伤组织保持胚性状态,表现出很强的耐继代能力;在用农杆菌介导法转移外源基因时,相对地保持了其优良的组培特性。进一步讨论了利用R6547建立高效转化系统的可能性及其重要意义。
Tissue culture characteristics of the parents of indica hybrid rice at present were systematically studied. The results showed that the tissue culture characteristics of restorer line F65 was similar to that of japonica rice cultivars.
