为了抑制热烧结矿在降温过程中因正硅酸钙 ( 2CaO·SiO2 )相变所引起的粉化现象 ,对烧结配料进行了配加硼酸添加剂的实验研究 ,同时利用岩相分析法和XDR图谱对硼酸的作用机理进行了研究 结果表明 ,每吨原料配加 1 3kg硼酸能明显抑制热烧结矿的粉化现象 ,成品率和强度都得到了提高 ;B2 O3在较低的温度下能和某些金属氧化物生成低熔点化合物 ,从而加快烧结反应速度 ,减少正硅酸钙的生成量
