一、前言 次生林在我国的分布面积较广,它约占全国森林面积的46.2％,尤其在我国北方诸省的森林面积中,次生林多占半数以上。就黑龙江省而言,次生林总面积约占全省森林面积的60％左右;河北、辽宁等省的森林,几乎全部为次生林。如何将此广大的次生林经营管理好,作为我国重要的森林后备资源,不但是具有十分重要的战略意义,同时也是当前刻不容缓的一项重要问题。
Foreword The distribution of secondary forest in our country is relatively wide, accounting for 46.2% of the total forest area in our country. Especially in the forest area of the northern provinces of our country, the secondary forest accounts for more than half. In terms of Heilongjiang Province, the total area of secondary forests accounts for about 60% of the province’s forest area; forests in Hebei and Liaoning provinces are almost all secondary forests. How to manage and manage this vast secondary forest as an important forest reserve resource in our country is not only of great strategic importance but also an important issue urgently needed at present.
