结核病是全球范围内严重感染性疾病之一,有关其防治以及致病机制的研究一直受到人们的广泛关注。TLR4作为TLRs受体家族中重要的一员,在机体识别结核分枝杆菌以及抗结核免疫中发挥重要的作用。现对TLR4及其信号通路在结核感染中的研究进展进行综述。
Tuberculosis is one of the most serious infectious diseases in the world. The research on its prevention and treatment and its pathogenesis has drawn extensive attention. As an important member of the TLRs receptor family, TLR4 plays an important role in the recognition of M. tuberculosis and its anti-TB immunity. Now TLR4 and its signaling pathway in tuberculosis infection are reviewed.
