国际化专业是国际化课程的高级阶段,是教育国际化的高级形式。浙江普通高校的专业国际化面临的最大难题是具有国际化素质的师资短缺的问题。本文阐述了借助中外合作办学优势,采用引进、挖掘、培养、聘用、共享等方式逐步解决高校具有国际化素质的师资短缺的问题。
Internationalization is an advanced stage of internationalization courses and a high-level form of internationalization of education. The biggest challenge for the professional internationalization of Zhejiang universities is the shortage of teachers with internationalized qualifications. This article elaborates on the problem of shortening the quality of teachers with international qualifications in colleges and universities by adopting the advantages of Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools and adopting the methods of introduction, excavation, cultivation, employment and sharing.
