本文提出了钒（V）催化H2O2氧化桑色素褪色反应体系的新催化光度法．本方法灵敏度高，选择性好．适用于人发样中痕量钒（V）的测定．

In this paper, a new catalytic spectrophotometric method for the oxidation of morin fading reaction system catalyzed by vanadium (V) is proposed. The method of high sensitivity, good selectivity. It is suitable for the determination of trace vanadium (V) in human hair samples.
