一、绪言高传动精度的蜗轮副,作为圆周分度的基准和齿轮机床的母蜗轮是很有用的。爱内斯特·威尔德哈伯(Ernest Wildhaber)提出的包络蜗杆蜗轮(以后称为威氏蜗杆蜗轮),从传动、测量两个方面来看是最适合上述目的的蜗轮副。这里,仅把高的回转传动精度作为目标来试制威氏蜗杆蜗轮副。二、蜗轮的试制威氏蜗轮是直齿齿轮,齿面为平行于蜗轮轴线的单纯平面。配对的蜗杆具有平面所创成的包络蜗杆形状的齿面。此种蜗杆蜗轮副的啮合作用早就明了了,如图1所示,它们沿直线相接触。
I. Introduction Worm gear with high transmission accuracy is useful as a reference for the circumferential indexing and female worm gear of a gear machine. Here, only the high slewing drive precision as the goal to manufacture Wiener worm gear pair. Second, the trial of the worm gear Wise worm gear is a straight tooth, tooth surface parallel to the simple axis of the worm gear plane. The mating worm has an enveloping worm-shaped tooth flank created by a flat surface. The meshing action of such worm and worm gear pairs has long been clear, as shown in Figure 1, they are in straight line contact.
