建筑工程管理作为一个系统性工程,它的经营效果直接关乎企业和国家的经济利润,因此这就需要企业做好安全管理工作。成功的建筑项目工程会给国家带来良好的社会效益,成功的项目安全管理能给企业和国家带来较高的经济效益,推动企业高效发展,增加在建筑市场中的综合竞争力。建筑企业要在实践的过程中不断总结经验,开拓创新。另外,企业要做好安全管理工作,提高自身实力,促进企业发展。本文主要根据建筑施工的特点以及在管理过程中存在的问题进行探讨分析,并提出一些解决措施。
As a systematic project, the management of construction project is directly related to the economic profit of the enterprise and the country. Therefore, this requires that the enterprise should do a good job of safety management. Successful construction projects will bring good social benefits to the country. Successful project safety management can bring high economic benefits to enterprises and countries, promote efficient development of enterprises and increase overall competitiveness in the construction market. Construction enterprises in the process of practice should continue to sum up experience, pioneering and innovative. In addition, enterprises should do a good job in safety management, improve their own strength and promote enterprise development. This paper mainly based on the characteristics of construction and management problems in the process of analysis and analysis and put forward some solutions.
