随着我国海运事业和造船工业的发展,需从国外引进大量的高强度船板。为减少进口,节约外汇,1983年国家科委和冶金工业部向武汉钢铁公司下达了“32、36级可焊接高强度船板”攻关项目,由武汉钢铁公司和北京钢铁学院共同参加项目的攻关。经过两年的科研和试生产,于1985年12月本攻关项目通过国家级转产鉴定,填补了我国钢铁生产的一项空白。 1983~1986年,武钢轧板厂生产32级A、D、E高强度船板2239吨,生产36级A、D、E高强度船板913吨,共3152吨,钢板厚度为10~50毫米。这些高强度厚船板已用于建造
With the development of China’s maritime industry and shipbuilding industry, a large number of high-strength ship plates need to be imported from abroad. In order to reduce imports and save foreign exchange, in 1983 the State Science and Technology and Ministry of Metallurgical Industry issued a project entitled “Class 32 and 36 Weldable High Strength Shipbuilding” to Wuhan Iron and Steel Company. The project was jointly undertaken by Wuhan Iron and Steel Company and Beijing Institute of Iron and Steel . After two years of scientific research and trial production, in December 1985, the research project passed the state-level conversion appraisal, which filled a gap in China’s steel production.
