常州市混凝土行业开始遭遇双重夹击:一是今年起到明年底之前,淘汰所有黄标混凝土搅拌车;二是2016年前,混凝土搅拌站全部改造,达到绿色环保生产条件。从常州市混凝土协会了解到,按照省市环保新规,3年内,常州市市区70%的混凝土搅拌车面临淘汰或更新,95%的生产线需要封闭改造,现有36家混凝土企业为此将新增环保投入数十亿元。市混凝土协会相关人士表示,至少有三分之一的混凝土企业因资金短缺而被迫停产。
