目的观察喜炎平注射液治疗小儿肺炎的临床疗效及安全性评估。方法选取2016年1月-12月该院收治的200例肺炎患儿为研究对象,按照治疗方案的不同分为常规治疗组和联合喜炎平注射液治疗组,每组各100例,对比使用两种治疗方案的临床疗效及症状体征改善时间。结果联合喜炎平治疗组的患者总有效率为95%,常规治疗组的患儿总有效率为84%;联合喜炎平治疗方案的患儿退热时间、呼吸道症状消失时间、平均肺部啰音消失时间、住院时间均短于常规治疗组(均P<0.05);联合喜炎平治疗组患儿不良反应发生率为6%,常规治疗组的患儿不良反应发生率为18%。结论联合喜炎平注射液用于治疗小儿肺炎疗效明显,能缩短治疗时间,提高治愈率,且临床用药方便、安全。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety evaluation of Xiyanping injection in treating children pneumonia. Methods 200 cases of children with pneumonia admitted in our hospital from January to December in 2016 were selected as the research object. According to the different treatment regimens, they were divided into conventional treatment group and combined with Xiyanping injection treatment group, with 100 cases in each group. Clinical efficacy of the two treatment options and improvement of symptoms and signs. Results The total effective rate was 95% in the combined treatment group and 84% in the conventional treatment group.
