选用黑龙江省肿瘤研究所繁殖的健康成年雄性wistar品系大鼠50只,其体重为220～250克,在实验室适应一周后,按血脂水平随机分成5组,每组10只。高剂量组,芹维康胶囊为1.05g/Kg体重,相当于成人推荐食用量的30倍;中剂量组,芹维康胶囊为0.35g/Kg体重,相当于成人推荐食用量的10倍;低剂量组,芹维康胶囊为0.175g/Kg体重,相当于成人推荐食用量的5倍;另设高脂模型对照组和基础饲料对照组。将实验样品溶于蒸馏水中给大鼠灌胃,大鼠灌胃容积为20ml/Kg。本试验共检测了三项指标,即血清总胆固醇(TC)、血清甘油三酯(TG)和血清高密度脂胆固醇(HDL-C),结果表明试验中期高脂动物模型培养成功,并且三个剂量组的TG值与高脂模型对照组相比,高剂量组的TG值下降了30.8％,中剂量组的TG值下降了18.7％。试验末期,三个剂量组的TC值与高脂模型对照组相比,高剂量组的TC值下降了24.2％,中剂量组的TC值下降了18.2％,均有显著的差别。三个剂量组的TG值与高脂模型对照组相比,高、中剂量组的TG值分别下降了35.1％和19.1％,均有显著的差别。故认为芹维康胶囊具有调节血脂的作用。
Fifty healthy adult male wistar rats, which were bred from Heilongjiang Provincial Cancer Institute, weighing 220-250g, were randomly divided into five groups according to their blood lipid levels after one week of acclimation in the laboratory. In this study, we tested three indicators, namely serum total cholesterol (TC), serum triglyceride (TG) and serum high density lipids (HDL-C). The results showed that the medium high fat animal model was successfully cultured and three Compared with the high-fat model control group, the TG value of the high-dose group decreased by 30.8%, while that of the middle-dose group decreased by 18.7%. At the end of the trial, the TC values of the three dose groups decreased by 24.2% compared with the high-fat model control group, while the TC values of the middle dose group decreased by 18.2%. There was a significant difference. Compared with the high-fat model control group, the TG values of the three dose groups decreased by 35.1% and 19.1% respectively in the high and medium dose groups, with significant differences. Therefore, weikeweikang capsule has the effect of regulating blood lipids.
