本文介绍了应用高灵敏度云纹干涉法测定循环载荷下有限宽度带孔受拉板的孔边弹塑性应变场。运用本文方法可以实时地观察到清晰的云纹干涉图──全场位移分量图。并用错位干涉术获得全场应变分量。与电测法相结合又能灵敏地检测到裂纹的萌生和早期扩展。测试结果表明,在最小横截面上的弹塑性应变分布与电测法所得结果相符。
In this paper, the hole-edge elastic-plastic strain field of finite width perforated tension plate under cyclic loading is analyzed by using the high-sensitivity moire interferometry. Using this method, a clear moiré interferogram can be observed in real time - the total displacement component diagram. Dislocation interference was used to obtain the total strain component. In combination with the electrical measurement method, the crack initiation and early extension can be detected flexibly. The test results show that the distribution of elasto-plastic strain at the minimum cross-section is in agreement with the result of electrical measurement.
