隐球菌性脑膜炎是艾滋病患者中一种常见的条件性感染。回顾性研究报道,在最初治疗完成后,复发率为50％至60％。本研究的目的是评价伊曲康唑400mg/d作为艾滋病患者中隐球菌性脑膜炎维持治疗的疗效。
Cryptococcal meningitis is a common opportunistic infection in AIDS patients. Retrospective studies reported a relapse rate of 50% to 60% after initial treatment was completed. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of itraconazole 400 mg / day as a maintenance treatment of cryptococcal meningitis in AIDS patients.
