2012年,我随外交部和中宣部考察团,到美国、德国、日本,俄罗斯,印度等国家考察,亲眼目睹了这些国家自来水工程,这些见闻也许对我国的城镇供水有借鉴意义。保障饮用水的质量安全,各国政府有许多成功的经验,也有一些教训。美国:年投入过百亿美国早在1974年就通过了《美国安全饮用水法》,对公共饮水供水系统进行规范。该法律于1986年和1996年两次修改,形成了“饮用水水源保护、工作人员培训、改进水系统的筹资和公众信息”的系统
In 2012, with the visiting delegation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Central Propaganda Department, I went to visit the United States, Germany, Japan, Russia, India and other countries and witnessed the tap water projects in these countries. These insights may have reference significance to our country’s urban water supply. Safeguarding the quality and safety of drinking water has many successful experiences and lessons for all governments. U.S.: Over 10 Billion U.S. Dollars In the United States, the United States Safe Drinking Water Act was passed as early as 1974, regulating the public drinking water supply system. The law was amended twice in 1986 and 1996 to form a system of “protection of drinking water resources, staff training, improvement of financing and public information of water systems”
