近日,环境保护部、发展改革委、工业和信息化部以及卫生部联合发布了《“十二五”危险废物污染防治规划》(以下简称《规划》)。《规划》指出:要将危险废物污染防治作为“十二五”深化环境保护工作的重要内容,狠抓产生源头控制,进一步提高无害化利用处置保障能力,提升全过程监管能力,有效遏制非法转移倾倒行为,综合运用法律、行政、经济和技术等手段,不断提高危险废物污染防治水平,降低危险废物环境风险。
