为了有效防止事故的发生,必须有效的提高大型油库的安全等级系数。本文在大型油库消防扑救实际情况的基础上,首先分析了油品性质和储油形式对大型油库危险性的影响,其次从设计的角度按照储罐布置、消防系统的设计及排水系统的顺序进行研究。指出了就目前的相关规范而言,尚不能满足大型火灾的扑救需要;最后,针对如库区道路的宽度、防火堤设置、事故缓冲池及消防泵的动力源设置等问题提出了相应的解决措施。
In order to effectively prevent the occurrence of accidents, it is necessary to effectively improve the safety rating coefficient of large oil depots.
