介绍了金属多层膜电化学制备方法的现状,简述了单槽电化学制备多层膜材料的数学模型,比较了纳米金属多层膜与亚纳米金属多层膜不同的力学、电学、磁学、光学和电化学性能,并讨论了巨磁阻多层膜材料的应用前景。
This paper introduces the current situation of electrochemical preparation of metal multilayered films. The mathematical model of multilayered film materials prepared by single cell electrochemical is briefly described. The mechanical, electrical and magnetic properties of nano-metal multilayer films and sub-nano metal multilayered films are compared. Optical, and electrochemical properties, and discussed the application prospects of giant magnetoresistive multilayer materials.
