随着中国加入WTO,外资企业不断进入中国,参与中国市场的竞争,现代企业竞争的趋势已悄然发生改变。过去是能人时代,一个企业靠一两个英雄式的人物单打独斗创下基业;而现在是团队进代,企业竞争就像是打群架,要靠团队的智慧。由此可见,现在企业的成败取决于是否拥有一个好的团队。好团队的标准是:目标明确、资源共享、各有分工,沟通良好、遵循规则、共同归属、有效授权。 那么怎样才能建设一个好的团队呢?主要解决以下五大问题:一、明确团队领导责任,二、制定团队规则;三、防止团队冲突;四、用好团队激励;五、创建团队文化。
With China’s accession to the WTO, foreign-funded enterprises continue to enter China and compete in the Chinese market. The trend of modern enterprise competition has quietly changed. In the past, it was the era of capable people. An enterprise established itself by relying on one or two heroic characters to go it alone. Now that it is a team, the competition is like arguing, and it depends on the wisdom of the team. From this it can be seen that the success or failure of companies now depends on having a good team. The criteria for a good team are: clear goals, sharing of resources, division of work, good communication, following rules, common ownership, and effective authorization. How can we build a good team? Mainly to solve the following five major issues: First, clear team leader responsibility, Second, develop team rules; Third, prevent team conflicts; Fourth, make good use of team incentives; Fifth, create a team culture.
