议题:社科院社科文献出版社最新出版的2006年人才蓝皮书《中国人才发展报告NO.3》指出,七成知识分子走在“过劳死”的边缘。“过劳死”危机四伏《劳动法》落实的失落、知识分子贬值、人才断层、劳动力布局分布不合理都是长期存在的可能促发“过劳死”现象的社会危机。七成知识分子在“过劳死”边缘蕴涵诸多危机是应该引起我们十分警惕的现象,因为这个现象中暗藏的危机将导致我们社会发展的综合危机,最终让我们失掉明天的美好振兴理想。殷建光(河北市民)
Topic: The latest Blue Book on Talents Development 2006 issued by the Social Sciences Academic Press of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences pointed out that 70% of intellectuals are on the verge of “overworking death.” Lack of implementation of the “Labor Law” crisis, the devaluation of intellectuals, the breakdown of talent and the irrational distribution of workforce are all long-standing social crises that may trigger the phenomenon of “overwork”. The fact that 70% of intellectuals contain many crises on the verge of “over-death” should arouse our vigilance because the hidden crisis in this phenomenon will lead to a comprehensive crisis in our social development and eventually let us lose the ideal of rejuvenating ourselves tomorrow .
