本实验对55例昆明小鼠用同等剂量的PMSG和hCG注射，诱导其超排，在冲胚后取其子宫制作组织切片进行光镜下观察，其结果表明，有冲胶效果组中子宫腺腔数和子宫内膜微血管数量普遍高于无冲胚效果组。且当子宫内膜上皮呈高立方型时及子宫腺上皮呈高立方型和立方型时，在子宫腺腔数量上，两组差异显著，P＜0．01（P＜0．05）两组中子宫内膜微血管数与上皮形态变化曲线相似，而子宫腺腔数与上皮形态的关系，两组曲线变化不相似。
In this experiment, 55 Kunming mice were injected with the same dose of PMSG and hCG to induce superovulation. After the embryos were dyed, the uterus was taken for histological observation under light microscopy. The results showed that there were uterine glands The number of cavities and the number of endometrial microvessels were generally higher than those in the blank-free group. When the endometrial epithelium was hypercube and the uterus glandular epithelium was hypercube and cuboid, there was significant difference between the two groups in the number of uterine gland cavity, P <0.01 (P <0.05) The number of microvessels in the endometrium was similar to that of the epithelium, while the relationship between the number of uterine glands and the epithelium was not similar.
