随着医疗模式的改变,人们在重视疾病治疗效果的同时,也十分注重生存质量的提高。经腹广泛性子宫切除术联合盆腔淋巴结清除术(ARHPL),一直是治疗早期宫颈癌的标准术式。近年随着微创技术的开展,腹腔镜及机器人辅助腹腔镜手术,在宫颈癌的分期诊断和治疗方面应用广泛,对保留功能性手术方面,也取得重大突破,特别是保留卵巢的广泛性宫颈切除术(RVT)、腹腔镜下根治性子宫颈切除术及腹腔镜下保留神经的根治性子宫切除术(LNSRH)等均可极大提高患者的生存质量。本研究旨在探讨目前宫颈癌微侵袭手术的相关研究进展。
