沈阳市城乡收入差距问题已十分突出,其城乡收入差距指数已高于同等收入国家水平,必须引起高度重视。为促进城乡经济的协调发展,加快城市化建设,减轻农民负担,增加农民收入,缩小城乡差距,要引导农民调整、优化农业内部产业结构,在提高农业质量和效益中增加收入;同时要加大农村人力资本开发力度,变庞大的人口包袱为巨大的人力资源。
The problem of income gap between urban and rural areas in Shenyang has been very prominent. The index of income gap between urban and rural areas in Shenyang is already higher than that of the same income countries and must be given high priority.
