为探讨与实践校企“双主体”合作育人模式,以湖南环境生物职业技术学院畜牧兽医专业(国家重点建设专业)建设与教学改革为背景,从“校企双主体”教师的培养、实训基地共建、校企订单培养、共商人培方案、共同开发教材、专业产业对接、联合申报项目、科研成果共享、校社资源共享等方面探索“校企双主体”开放办学之路;对当前“校企双主体”育人模式运行的困难及努力方向等方面也进行了分析总结,为高职院校“双主体”合作育人运行机制的改革提供参考。
In order to explore and practice the mode of cooperative education of school-enterprise and “dual-subject”, taking the construction and teaching reform of animal husbandry and veterinary major (national key construction specialty) of Hunan Environmental Biological Vocational and Technical College as the background, “School-enterprise dual subject” and “School-enterprise dual-subject” should be explored in the aspects of training, training base construction, school-enterprise order training, business training program, joint development of teaching materials, docking of specialized industries, joint application projects, sharing of scientific research achievements, Open up the way of running schools, analyze and summarize the difficulties and the direction of the current operation mode of “school-enterprise dual subject” and “educating people-run school”, and reform the operation mechanism of “dual subject” cooperation and education in higher vocational colleges for reference.
