将柞蚕丝粉尘注入大鼠肺内,使用扫描电子显微镜观察了实验动物肺组织超微结构改变。在各染尘剂量组都可见表面有微绒毛特征的肺泡Ⅱ型细胞增生。在纤维化的肺泡壁也常可见到形态不同于Ⅱ型细胞的立方上皮细胞。在肺组织破坏较为明显的部位有成纤维细胞和胶原纤维增生。另外还发现了呼吸膜破坏,小气道损伤,以及不同形态的肺巨噬细胞增生等超微结构方面的改变。
The tussah silk dust injected into the lungs of rats, the use of scanning electron microscopy observed in experimental animals lung tissue ultrastructure changes. In each dyed dose group, alveolar type Ⅱ cell proliferation with microvilli features on the surface was observed. In the fibrosis of the alveolar wall is also often seen in morphologically different type Ⅱ cells cubic epithelial cells. In the more obvious parts of lung tissue damage fibroblasts and collagen fibrosis. In addition, we also found the ultrastructural changes of respiratory membrane destruction, small airway injury, and different forms of pulmonary macrophage proliferation.
