湖南省冶金厅于1986年6月26—28日在长沙召开了全省冶金专利工作会议。中国专和局、冶金部科技司、省专利局、省冶金厅、中南工业大学以及省冶金企事业单位的领导、总工程师、副总工程师和专利代理人共56人出席了会议。会上,省冶金厅陈明光总工程师对大会作了动员并提出了要求;中国专利局董大一老师讲授了专利制度的作用和意义及其与经济体制改革的关系,介绍了国外钢铁企业专利工作开展的情况以及我国专利法的实施情况;冶金部科技司专利处刘曼
Metallurgical Department of Hunan Province in June 1986 June 26-28 held in Changsha, metallurgical patent work conference. A total of 56 leaders, chief engineers, deputy chief engineers and patent agents from China Patent Office, Ministry of Metallurgical Science and Technology, Provincial Patent Office, Provincial Metallurgical Department, Central South University of Technology and provincial metallurgical enterprises and institutions attended the meeting. At the meeting, Chen Mingguang, chief engineer of the Provincial Metallurgical Department, mobilized and made a request to the conference. Professor Dong Dayi of the Chinese Patent Office gave a lecture on the role and significance of the patent system and its relationship with the economic reform.
