牙外伤是口腔科门、急诊常见多发病。牙脱位影响美观、发音及食物切割等功能,尤其是在替牙期年轻恒牙常常发生。且牙外伤的发生率呈上升趋势[1,2],发生率4%~14%[3]。将松动或脱位牙复位固定或将经过处理的脱落牙重新植回原牙槽窝内,尽量保存自体牙是治疗原则。现将我年来本院采用直丝弓矫治器固定法用于牙脱位再植后固定的效果报告如下。一、资料与方法1.一般资料搜集2008年10月至2014年8月来我科就诊
