去年九月一日,中共辽阳市委决定,在全市党政机关和事业单位副县级以上领导干部中实行同贫困户建立联系点制度,在社会上引起了积极而强烈的反响。很多群众兴奋地说当年的老八路回来了！这项活动得民心、顺乎民意。实践证明,实行领导干部同贫困户建立联系点制度,对于新形势下发扬光大党的优良传统具有重大而深刻的现实意义。
On September 1 last year, the CPC Liaoyang Municipal Party Committee decided to establish a contact point system with poor households among leading cadres at and above the county level in the party and government organs and public institutions in the city, arousing a positive and strong reaction in the society. Many people are excited to say that the old Eighth Route Road back! This activity is popular, in line with public opinion. Practice has proved that the implementation of a system of contact points between leading cadres and poor households is of great and profound practical significance for the fine tradition of carrying forward the mighty party under the new situation.
