以 Cex Zr1- x O2 复合氧化物为载体 ,采用浸渍法配制了负载 Pd O催化剂 ,考察了催化剂对 CO和 CH4 的氧化活性 ,并对该催化剂的还原性能进行了表征 .结果表明 ,Ce/Zr比对催化剂的活性影响很大 .对于 CO氧化 ,当x=0 .8时 ,催化活性最高 ;而对于 CH4 氧化 ,x=0 .5时 ,活性最高 .出现 3个催化剂还原峰 ( α、β、γ) ,α峰归属于 Pd O还原 ,而 β和 γ峰归属于载体的还原 .我们认为 α峰与 CO氧化有关 .
The catalytic activity of the catalyst for the oxidation of CO and CH4 was characterized by impregnation method using Cex Zr1-x O2 composite oxide as carrier, and the reduction performance of the catalyst was characterized.The results show that the Ce / Zr Which has a great influence on the activity of the catalyst.For CO oxidation, the catalytic activity is the highest when x = 0.8 and the highest activity when x = 0.5 for CH4 oxidation. There are three catalyst reduction peaks (α, β , Γ), the α peak belongs to Pd O reduction, and the β and γ peaks belong to the reduction of the support.We believe that α peak is related to CO oxidation.
