当前,我国体育界正在加强其体育队伍的精神文明建设,以使广大运动员成为既有技术,又有理想、道德、文化且守纪律的体育人才,为攀登世界体育高峰而努力拼搏,这是教练员和裁判员的共同心愿。但是,在排球比赛中,有的运动员影响或干扰裁判员的判断,有的对裁判员的正确判断不够尊重,有的对裁判工作中出现的问题不能正确认识,甚至个别运动员殴打裁判员。这些表现也反映了教练工作号的某些的问题。为此,与教练员谈谈有关裁判方面的几个问题,以利运动队伍的精神文明建设和技术水平的迅速提高。
At present, the sports community in our country is strengthening the spiritual civilization construction of its sports team so that the majority of athletes will become sports talents with both technical skills, ideals, morality, culture and discipline, and strive to climb the world’s sports peak. This is the coaching Members and referees of the common wish. However, in volleyball competitions, some athletes influence or interfere with referees’ judgments. Some do not respect res judicata’s correctness. Some do not correctly understand the problems that arise in the refereeing work, and even some athletes beat referees. These performances also reflect some of the problems with coaching job numbers. Therefore, we should talk with the coaches on several issues concerning the referee so as to facilitate the spiritual civilization construction and rapid improvement of the technical level of the sports team.
