异克舒林(Isoxsuprine HCl,ISP)系拟交感药物,能抑制子宫肌收缩,用于预防早产。作者介绍一种新的离子对分光光度法检测安瓿中的ISP,并与薄层色谱法加紫外线(TLC-UV)分光光度法所测结果进行比较。材料和方法0.5%ISP为标准液,试药有0.04%Kernechrot液、氯仿、苯甲醇和氨。①ISP与Kernechrot离子对分光光度法:将20~40μl不等的ISP标准液放入试管,加蒸馏水至0.5 ml。接着加Kernechrot液1 ml和氯仿6 ml,机械振荡10分钟。离心后有粉红色复合物形成。取出后无水硫酸钠干燥,通过定量滤纸滤入10 ml的量瓶。在
Isoxsuprine HCl (ISP) is a sympathomimetic drug that inhibits contractions of the uterine muscle for the prevention of preterm birth. The authors describe a new ion pair spectrophotometric method for the detection of ISP in ampoules and comparison with TLC-UV spectrophotometry.
