采用四球摩擦磨损试验机考察了两类新型的水溶性抗磨添加剂——二壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸锌与三乙醇胺的三元配合物(ZP-4+TEA)、二壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫磷酸锌与三乙醇胺的三元配合物(ZPS-1+TEA)在水中的摩擦学性能。结果表明,两类三元配合物均有较高的承载能力和优良的抗磨性能,且ZP-4+TEA三元配合物的抗磨性能优于ZPS-1+TEA三元配合物。利用Auger能谱分析了摩擦表面膜的元素成分,并探讨了其抗磨作用机理。
Four kinds of tribological compounds (ZP-4 + TEA), two nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether zinc phosphate and triethanolamine, two kinds of novel water-soluble anti-wear additive Tribological Properties of Ternary Complex of Zinc Oxide Ether Sulfophosphate with Triethanolamine (ZPS-1 + TEA) in Water. The results show that the two kinds of ternary complexes have higher bearing capacity and excellent anti-wear properties. ZP-4 + TEA ternary complexes have better wear resistance than ZPS-1 + TEA ternary complexes. The elemental composition of the tribological surface film was analyzed by Auger energy spectrum and its anti-wear mechanism was discussed.
