小龙钨矿2坑口承担着该矿井下多中段采、掘、运、提的全部工作量。拥有各类设备205台套,3500kW。由于设备多、分布广、作业条件差,增加了设备管理的难度。为了充分发挥设备操作工的积极性,搞好设备维护保养,降低故障率,延长设备使用寿命和修理间隔期,以满足生产需要,该矿在坑口实行了设备监察制度。具体做法如下。
