目的:探讨水通道蛋白5在乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中的表达与分布及与乳腺浸润性导管癌组织学分级和转移之间的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法,对90例乳腺浸润性导管癌组织及作为对照的癌旁组织中水通道蛋白表达情况进行检测,并与淋巴结转移和组织学分级进行分析。结果:水通道蛋白5主要表达于正常乳腺和癌组织细胞膜和细胞浆中。组织学分级Ⅲ级癌组织水通道蛋白高表达率明显高于组织学分级Ⅰ级和Ⅱ级患者;淋巴结转移的乳腺癌组织中水通道蛋白5高表达率明显高于无淋巴结转移者。结论:水通道蛋白5可能在乳腺癌肿瘤形成和发展过程中起重要作用,有望成为预测乳腺癌转移和评估预后的重要指标和治疗靶点。
Objective: To investigate the expression and distribution of aquaporin-5 in breast invasive ductal carcinoma and its relationship with the histological grade and metastasis of invasive ductal carcinoma. Methods: Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of aquaporin in 90 cases of breast invasive ductal carcinoma and paracancerous tissues as control, and analyzed with lymph node metastasis and histological grade. Results: Aquaporin 5 was mainly expressed in the cell membrane and cytoplasm of normal breast and cancer tissues. The high expression rate of aquaporin in histological grade Ⅲ carcinoma tissues was significantly higher than that in histological grade Ⅰ and Ⅱ grade patients. The high expression rate of aquaporin 5 in breast cancer tissues with lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than those without lymph node metastasis. Conclusion: Aquaporin 5 may play an important role in the formation and development of breast cancer, which is expected to be an important index and target for predicting breast cancer metastasis and prognosis.
