钻孔灌注桩具有承载力高、底层适应性强、施工工艺成熟等诸多优点而广泛应用于桥梁基础建设中。作为最为普遍的一种基础形式,其施工工艺虽然已经相当成熟,但是由于钻孔灌注桩属于隐蔽工程,不可预见因素多,施工过程中经常出现一些问题,若处理不当将会对撞击质量造成影响。文章结合多年的工作经验,将钻孔灌注桩施工常见的问题及其处理措施进行了总结,以供参考。
Bored pile has many advantages, such as high bearing capacity, strong adaptability at the bottom and mature construction technology, which are widely used in the construction of bridges. As the most common form of construction, although its construction technology has been quite mature, due to the hidden engineering of bored piles, there are many unforeseen factors and some problems often occur in the construction process. If handled improperly, the impact quality will be affected . Combined with years of work experience, the article summarizes the common problems of bored pile construction and its treatment measures for reference.
