目的:探究子宫内放置曼月乐节育环治疗子宫腺肌症的的临床疗效。方法:选取本院自2011年6月至2014年6月间在本院进行治疗的患子宫腺肌症的患者40例,按照随机分组对照原则将本组患者分成对照组和研究组,各20例,对照组患者采用药物治疗,研究组患者采用子宫内放置曼月乐节育环治疗,对比观察两组患者的痛经改善情况以及子宫体积、血红蛋白和血清CA125的改善情况,并且观察患者的临床疗效。结果:对比分析结果显示,研究组经过治疗后患者的痛经症状以及血清CA125改善情况明显优于对照组,比较差异具有显著性,(P<0.05)具有统计学意义。结论:研究表明,子宫内放置曼月乐节育环治疗子宫腺肌症临床疗效显著,能够有效改善患者的临床症状,并且安全性较高,值得推广。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of intrauterine placement of Mirena iris ring in the treatment of adenomyosis. Methods: Forty patients with adenomyosis who were treated in our hospital from June 2011 to June 2014 were selected and divided into control group and study group according to randomized control principle Cases, the control group of patients with medication, the study group were placed in the womb Mirena irrigating ring treatment, compared the two groups of patients to observe the improvement of dysmenorrhea and uterine volume, hemoglobin and serum CA125 improvement, and observe the clinical efficacy . Results: The results of comparative analysis showed that the dysmenorrheal symptoms and the improvement of serum CA125 in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group after treatment. The difference was significant (P <0.05) with statistical significance. Conclusion: The study shows that the intrauterine placement of Mirena IUD treatment of adenomyosis significant clinical efficacy, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, and high safety, it is worth promoting.
