On July 10, the United Nations Development Program released the Human Development Report 2003 in Beijing. Since 1990, the United Nations has issued the “Human Development Report” each year that gives people of all countries in the world economy, education and health a Living conditions to make an assessment. The rankings of human development indicators of various countries in the report are often of special interest and are regarded as an authority that reflects the true level of development of all countries. The annual report has a theme, and this year’s theme is the Millennium Development Goals: a Global Compact to End Human Poverty. According to the report, the world is fighting poverty
