减速器-绳索牵引推送小车点连式调速系统作为科研成果于1984年通过铁道部鉴定,当时人们对其安全性、适用性及能耗合理性有不少疑虑。作为工程,徐州北下行系统1988年投产,上行系统1992年投产,五年来实用证明,所有疑虑都是不必要的。几经改进,系统和相应的技术设备已完全成熟。本文对该系统的关键技术,包括调速原理、打靶算法、流量稳定、控制方案等作了全面论述,介绍了有关设备的改进情况,总结了实际运营效果。鉴于该系统的运营效果十分卓著,作者建议尽快在路网性编组站上推广使用。
Speed reducer - rope traction push-car speed control system as a scientific research achievement passed the Ministry of Railways in 1984 identified at the time when its safety, fitness and energy consumption rationality have many doubts. As a project, Xuzhou North Downstream System put into operation in 1988, the uplink system put into operation in 1992, five years of practical proof, all doubts are unnecessary. After several improvements, the system and the corresponding technical equipment has been fully mature. In this paper, the key technologies of the system, including speed regulation principle, targeting algorithm, flow stability, control scheme and so on were comprehensively discussed, introduced the improvement of the equipment, and summarized the actual operating results. In view of the operational effectiveness of the system is very outstanding, the author suggests to promote the use of road network marshalling yard as soon as possible.
