城市社区档案工作是社区科学执政、民主执政、依法执政的基础性工作,社区档案直接服务于社区管理,并作为社区建设的历史记录,留下社区建设的足迹。社区档案工作不但有助于社区管理,而且有利于各级党和政府掌握基层情况,更深刻地了解社情、民情,不断完善和促进社区建设。随着社区建设的推进,社区承担的职能越来越多,形成的档案就越多。然而,在现实工作中,要将社区档案收集完整、集中并规范地进行管理难度是相当大的。
The work of urban community archival work is a basic work of community scientific governance, democratic governance and governing by law.
