(一) 我国的水情工作,尤其是水文预报工作,是从无到有,从小到大,迅速地发展起来的。在国民党反动派统治时期,堤防溃敗,洪水威胁着广大地区人民的生命財产。因此,解放初期防汛便成为一項严重的任务。八年来,党和政府領导全国人民进行了艰巨的防汛斗爭,水情工作也就随着防汛斗爭很快地成長起来
(I) Hydrological conditions in our country, especially hydrological forecasting work, are developed from scratch, from small to large, and rapidly.
