出血和感染是剖宫产术后常见的两个并发症,及时和正确处理各种原因导致的部宫产术中出血,对保留产妇的子宫和生殖功能尤为重要。我院对42例剖宫产术中出血的产妇施行宫腔填塞纱条取得满意效果。现总结如下:1资料与方法 1.1一般资料我院妇产科2003年1月至2010年2月产后出血总人数546例,其中剖宫产产后出血191例,占出血总人数的34.98%,同期剖宫产人数965例,剖宫产产后出血占19.98%,剖宫产产后出血行宫腔纱布填塞42例,占剖宫产产后出血总人数21.99%。在42例剖宫产术后出血纱条填塞病人中,年龄最大42岁,最小19岁,平均年龄29岁;孕周35
