目的 :采用高效液相色谱法测定蚁王壮骨液中大黄素的含量 ,以控制该制剂质量。方法 :以 C1 8化学键合硅胶柱分离大黄素 ,以甲醇 -水 -磷酸 ( 72∶ 2 8∶ 0 .1)为流动相 ,检测波长 43 7nm进行测定。结果 :大黄素峰与其它组分峰的分离度为 2 .9;理论塔板数以大黄素峰计算为 65 2 0 ;平均加样回收率为 10 0 .9% ,RSD为 2 .0 4% ,n =5 ;大黄素在 0 .0 2 5~ 0 .2 5μg范围内进样量与吸收面积值呈良好的线性关系。结论 :本法测定蚁王壮骨液中大黄素的含量 ,结果准确 ,重复性好
Objective : To determine the content of emodin in antwangzhuang bony fluid by high performance liquid chromatography in order to control the quality of the preparation. Methods: The emodin was separated on a C18 chemically-bonded silica gel column and the mobile phase was methanol-water-phosphoric acid (72∶2 8∶0.1). The detection wavelength was 43 7 nm. Results: The separation degree of emodin peak from other components was 2. 9; the number of theoretical plates was calculated as emodin peak at 65 2 0; the average recovery was 10 0 .9%, and the RSD was 2.0. % ,n =5 ; The emodin range of 0. 0 2 5 - 0 .25 μg showed a good linear relationship between the injection volume and the absorption area. Conclusion : This method was used to determine the content of emodin in ant Wang Zhuang Bone Liquid. The result was accurate and the repeatability was good.
